The official opening of the new office of the Tonga China Friendship Association (TCFA) and Pacific China Friendship Association (PCFA) was held on Monday 18 October by Her Royal Highness Princess Salote Mafile’o Pilolevu Tuita, President of TCFA and Patron of PCFA and His Excellency Mr. Cao Xiaolin the Ambassador of the People’s Republic of China to the Kingdom of Tonga.
