108 Cannabis plants seized from bush allotment in ‘Eua Featured
29 October, 2019. Police in ‘Eua uprooted 108 cannabis plants from a bush allotment off the Eastern side of ‘Eua on Wednesday 23 of October 2019, after information was received relating to cannabis plants being cultivated in the area.
No one has been arrested in relation to this seizure. We ask that anyone who may have witnessed anything suspicious in this area recently or has any other information valuable to contact Police.
Following this seizure the Drug Enforcement Taskforce arrested a 23-year-old man from Fahefa last Saturday 26 October, with 6.62 grams of cannabis that was seized from his vehicle following a road accident.
Police have charged the accused with unlawful possession of illicit drugs.
