Just letting you know that the issue of the development of a software (TEMMIISS) for the Ministry is being put on hold until the Hon. Minister returns from abroad. This is the direction I received last week.
Meanwhile, please focus on the implementation of your own divisional plan and achievement of set targets, and submit your quarterly report by Friday, 7th October.
In your quarterly report to the Hon. Minister, you can say whatever you want. If you are not happy with anything that is happening in the Ministry, this is your opportunity to say so. If there are great things that the Ministry is doing, please applaud them. There are pros and cons to everything. The quarterly reports will also help the incoming new CEO.
