“ WHAT HAS TO HAPPEN BEFORE SOMEONE DO SOMETHING ?. How could this Government be deaf to the cry of the elderly , the very people that voted them to Government . All previous Premiers lived at their private residence , so why can't this one do the same ? Lets not be hoodwinked by the going on of this government . It's all a diversion to lull the populace into a sense of complacency while the leader and his minions in Government keeps gnawing at the core of Tongan society and her cultural heritage especially the Monarchy . One cannot ignore that this has been the aim of this political party since its inception , to rid Tonga off the monarchy and bring religion under tight control of Government .One can also see the reason behind this residential house that is to be constructed as residence for the Premier who ever he or she might be . Will no one see there is no real need for such a place , but someone has to have a place build so as to be on equal standing with Royalty . It's a technique used for propaganda purposes in that one repeat the same speech over and over so many times that finally people will except it as truth . If there is a building to be constructed than it should be for the elderly . They should also build houses for those that don't have a proper roof over their head , seeing they have so much money to splash around .Yes there would have been a Government House if Tonga was colonised and had a Governor General as Queens representative but Tonga was never colonised so their was no need for a Government House not than and surely NOT now . ”
