“ Countries of Oceania are experiencing a bonanza on a massive scale which they never before had , and are at a lost on how to manage such wealth .The majority of these island nations was unprepared for self Government and the reason for that , was when the power to be who were administering these countries decided to cut them lose , they were at the mercy of the few who had good education in each nation and they the few ; took power . As struggling nations their leaders were careful with what they had but as the years go by deals were struck to exploit any resource that could be found on some of these island countries , those that don't have mineral deposits , lease fishing rights to foreign fishing conglomerate not realizing that in doing so , they are digging their own grave . But salvation came in the guise of a benevolent PR of China with handouts in the MILLIONS what a god send everyone in power can buy toys anything one would want just use your P R of China master card you can pay it back after , plus its on low low interest and long term repayment agreement . So now each island nation can afford to move forward in leaps and bounds ? unfortunately that is not so nepotism , corruptions , mismanagement of funds and the list goes on and on so in a way , this bonanza is turning out not as a blessing but a bottomless money pit , but wait , there is more there is the Belt and road initiative and , the maritime silk road all are a means to an end . China has got the Tiger by the tail . He who rides a Tiger is afraid to dismount , the leaders of island nations have lied to their people so much and so many times that they are afraid to stop misleading the people because they might lose their position in Government .It matters not which Government is in control they will be burdened with the mistakes of previous Government for years to come , unless of course a rich and powerful western nation is willing to pay these debts for them ”
