E Mr. Tetsuya Ishii, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Japan to the Kingdom of Tonga congratulated the successful winners of Japan’s Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology (MEXT) Scholarship for 2018, Ms. Na’ati Fakatava and Ms. Noa Latu at a reception at his residence, jointed by members of the Tonga-Japan Alumni Association on Wednesday evening, 14 March.
